Step1: Online Registration Aspirants shall register on website pratibhavikas.org by providing their Name, Email ID and phone number.
Step 2 : Application Form Submission After logging in the account, Aspirant shall carefully complete the online Application form and submit it.
Step 3 : Preliminary Selection After first round of screening, candidates found eligible will be informed by email regarding preliminary selection test (objective type test). No enquiry in this regard will be entertained.
Step 4 : Written Test The written test will be essay paper. In this paper, candidates will have to write two essays, each of which will have 600 - 800 word count. Two subjects can be selected from the choice of a total of eight subjects having two groups of four subjects each. Essay paper is of total 250 marks, in which one essay is of 125 marks.
Step 5 : Personality Test /Group Discussion Successful Candidates in written test will be invited for personality test /group discussion at place informed to candidates.
Step 6 : Final Selection Candidates finally selected will be informed by email. No enquiry in this regard will be entertained.
Information about accommodation, coaching and other details will be shared to selected candidates on finally joining the new batch.
