APVS selects and sponsors the coaching of a limited number of 'APVS Fellows,' i.e. academically meritorious candidates with a serious interest in appearing for the highly competitive Civil Services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission of India (UPSC). For this purpose APVS opens application opportunity in May and closes by June end. Then the selection procedure is held in May/June in New Delhi.

Arya Pratibha Vikas Sansthan is an initiative of Arya Samaj to make a sincere effort to identify and guide such youths, who aspire to contribute towards nation building through Indian Civil Services such as IAS, IFS, IPS, IRS etc. and similar elite Union & State Public Services. What does APVS do ?
Who can apply for fellowship at APVS ?
Any individual eligible under criteria given by UPSC to appear in Civil Service Examination is also eligible to apply for fellowship at APVS.
Whether APVS Fellows can reside in their own accommodation separate from accommodation provided by APVS ?
The APVS Fellows will have to compulsorily live in the accommodation provided by APVS at Delhi.
